Aurum Haus

The quiet parts of running a studio, handled.

Aurum Haus is booking and deposit software for tattoo artists. It exists because the alternative is a direct-message inbox, a spreadsheet, and hoping the deposit turns up.

What it does

Booking

Clients ask for time; you decide. Requests arrive with everything you need to answer them, and nothing is confirmed until you say so.

Deposits that hold

Taken when the booking is made, on the terms you set — not the platform's. Refunds are yours to issue, in the app, without an email to support.

A private client portal

Reference photographs, healed work, and the details of an appointment, in one place your client can reach and nobody else can.

The Design Lab

Concept images and placement previews, generated and clearly marked as simulations. A way to talk about an idea before anyone commits skin to it.

Where it stands

One studio runs on it today — Soot, which is my own. That is the whole customer list, and it is deliberate: the software handles real bookings and real money before it is offered to anyone else's practice.

It is built for single artists and small shops — the case where the person taking the booking is also the person doing the work, and an afternoon lost to admin is an afternoon not spent tattooing.

If that sounds like your studio, write to me.

There is no sign-up form yet. Studios are brought on one at a time, by hand, so that the first conversation is with the person who built it.
